Privacy notice.

Plain language about what this site collects from you, what we do with it, and how to ask for it to be removed — as we would want to read it ourselves.

This page covers cadencor.com only. The way Cadencor products handle business data is governed by the contracts between Cadencor and its customers and tenants — it is not described here.

Who we are

Cadencor is the controller of personal information collected through cadencor.com. Contact for privacy enquiries: privacy@cadencor.com. Sales enquiries go to sales@cadencor.com.

References to “we” and “us” in this page mean Cadencor — the company that operates this site.

What the site collects

This site is deliberately narrow. We do not operate advertising networks, resell personal data, or run behavioural profiling.

The sales form

If you write to us through the sales form, we receive the name, work email, phone number, and the message you choose to send. You do not need to include any other personal information and you must not include sensitive payment data or a payment card number anywhere on the form.

Technical logs

Our hosting provider keeps short-lived access logs for security and diagnostics: IP address, user agent string, the page that was requested and the time. Logs are rotated on a short schedule and are not used to build a profile of you. They are what every web server keeps in order to serve the site at all.

What we do not collect here

We do not knowingly collect payment cardholder data, government IDs, biometrics, or sensitive authentication data through this website. If you are writing to us about a payment problem, include only a case reference or a token — never the card number.

Why we use it

We use the information you send through the sales form to answer your enquiry and to understand whether Cadencor is a good fit for how your business operates. We may also use it to contact you about our products when you have invited us to do so. That is the only marketing purpose this site has.

Lawful bases where European or UK law requires one: performance of steps before a contract (responding to a commercial enquiry you have initiated) and legitimate interest (running the website and keeping it secure). You can object to legitimate-interest processing at any time by writing to us.

Cookies and tracking

This site currently sets no analytics or advertising cookies and runs no third-party tracking scripts. If we ever introduce site analytics, we will update this section and record a new effective date.

We may use an essential functional cookie, if and when the site requires one, solely to maintain a form state or a session preference. Any such cookie would be deleted no later than the end of the session and would not be used to identify you for advertising.

Payments

Cadencor designs its systems to minimise PCI scope: where payments are handled, sensitive cardholder and authentication data is handled by certified payment terminals and processors, and Cadencor systems deal in tokens or non-sensitive references. Do not submit payment-card data through this website's forms or by email. If you need to discuss payment integrations with us, we will handle the sensitive details in a PCI-appropriate channel.

Sharing and subprocessors

We share your information only where necessary:

  • Hosting provider — hosts this site and its logs. The provider acts as a processor and does not use your data for its own purposes.
  • HubSpot — enquiries submitted through the sales form are sent to HubSpot over HTTPS and stored in the Cadencor portal, where our sales team works with them. HubSpot acts as a processor for the information you submit and is bound by its data processing agreement with us.
  • Legal and compliance — when the law requires it, or to protect legal rights.

We do not sell your information or disclose it to advertising networks. A current list of subprocessors that handle site enquiries is available on request.

Retention

We keep a record of sales enquiries long enough to handle the enquiry and any follow-up commercial relationship, and then archive or delete it. Technical server logs are kept only for the short window needed to keep the service secure and diagnose failures.

If you later become a customer, retention for product-related business data is governed by your contract with Cadencor, not by this page.

Security

We apply least-privilege access, encryption in transit (TLS) and encryption at rest where site data is held, and automated key management designed for rotation. We treat scope around payment systems as a platform concern — see the Payments section.

No system is perfectly secure. If we become aware of an incident affecting personal information you submitted to this site, we will respond and notify where the law requires it.

International transfers

This site is operated from the United States. When data is transferred across borders, we rely on the safeguards the law expects — standard contractual clauses, adequacy findings, or your explicit request in a particular case.

Your rights

Where the GDPR or UK GDPR applies: the rights of access, correction, erasure, portability, restriction of processing, and objection. Where California law applies: the rights described in the CCPA/CPRA (know what is collected, request correction and deletion, opt out of sale/sharing of personal information). We do not sell or share personal information for cross-context behavioural advertising on this site, so there is nothing to opt out of.

To exercise a right, email privacy@cadencor.com with enough information for us to verify the request. We verify by confirming control of the email address you contacted us from and by matching the enquiry. We handle requests without unlawful discrimination and will respond within the period the applicable law sets.

If we do not resolve your concern, you may complain to the supervisory authority where you live — in the EU to your local data protection authority, in the UK to the Information Commissioner's Office.

Authorised agents may act on your behalf when you have given them written permission.

Children

This site is not intended for children and we do not knowingly collect personal information from them through the site. If you believe a child has submitted personal information through the sales form, please write to us so we can remove it.

Changes and contact

When this notice changes, we update the effective date at the top of the page. Material changes to how this site handles personal information are highlighted at that date. The history of prior versions is kept on file.
